Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in our office-based settings across Connecticut. Under provider direction, you will assess needs, plan care, and execute interventions while ensuring continuity of patient care.

Responsibilities include triaging calls, collaborating with physicians, and maintaining patient confidentiality. CT RN license is required; prior Medical/Surgical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license required.
• Previous experience in Medical/Surgical Office setting preferred.
• Experience with medical software (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Provide office-based nursing care in collaboration with the provider.
• Assess physical and psychosocial needs; plan and evaluate nursing care.
• Perform independent nursing actions based on assessment and identified issues.
• Triage telephone calls and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Assist patients and families with concerns, respecting confidentiality.
