Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in a variety of clinical settings under provider direction. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in line with established protocols.

The RN will triage calls, support patients and families, and collaborate with providers to ensure continuity of care. A CT RN license and experience in a medical/surgical office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license required.
• Previous experience in Medical/Surgical Office setting preferred.
• Experience with medical software

Responsibilities

• Provides office-based nursing care in collaboration with provider.
• Assesses physical and psychosocial needs and formulates nursing plan of care.
• Demonstrates independent nursing actions based on assessment and problem identification.
• Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing intervention in prompt, precise, and professional manner.
• Assists patients and family members or other clients with concern and empathy; respects confidentiality and privacy.
