Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and identify expected nursing outcomes.
• Implement nursing interventions based on plan of care.
• Evaluate care and patient’s response to interventions and expected outcomes.
• Deliver care as delegated by physician/authorized practitioner to assigned patient population.
• Use communication strategies to achieve desirable outcomes.
