Job description

This collegial team of GI providers at one of the leading hospitals in Illinois is looking to add another physician to their group.

Position Highlights:

1. Join a team of experienced GI physicians and strong support staff including efficient NPs, ENDO staff, CRNAs, and dedicated MAs.
2. Extremely low OR turnover time, allowing you to work as efficiently as possible.
3. Build your schedule with options for a 4-day work week with 42 days PTO, 7 on/7 off, or 14 on/14 off.
4. Be as busy as you want to be; current GI physicians are booking months in advance.
5. EUS and ERCP are available.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Base salary starting at $690,000.
2. $100,000-$310,000 in additional earning potential from wRVU bonuses and quality incentives, available from year 1.
3. Total earning potential exceeds $1,000,000.
4. $310,000 recruitment package including sign-on, relocation assistance, and retention bonuses.
