Ascension Health in Menasha, WI is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join an outpatient gastroenterology team. You will provide patient-centered care, perform health assessments, and manage acute and chronic conditions in a stable, collaborative environment.

The role offers a full-time, weekday daytime schedule with no weekends, optional outreach travel 1–2 days per month, and benefits within a large health system. A sign-on bonus and CME allowance are included.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Preferred Credential(s): BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

Join a highly regarded gastroenterology team offering a collaborative practice environment, an established patient base, and the stability and resources of a large, integrated health system.

• Join an established team of 3 physicians and 4 APPs

• Outpatient gastroenterology practice, serving a growing adult patient population (18+) with an average daily volume of 12â15 patients.

• Enjoy a predictable weekday daytime schedule with no weekends, with the flexibility to work four full days per week if desired. Optional outreach opportunities are available and may involve travel 1â2 days per month.

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care by conducting health assessments, obtaining patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and delivering preventive care services.

• Educate and counsel patients and their families on preventive health, treatment options, and community resources while collaborating with physicians to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):

• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
