Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience: Less than 1 year in nursing or APN roles.
• Current Texas RN and APRN licenses required; BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical and mental condition through exams and history.
• Order, collect, and interpret diagnostic tests to guide care.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions per scope of practice.
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans with physicians and team.
• Counsel patients and families on care, medications, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation within specialty scope and in various care settings.
