Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join Capital Health Gastroenterology Specialists and serve as a GI hospitalist. The ideal candidate would be well trained, energetic, and willing to help grow the GI program while delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The schedule is one week on, 24/7 on call, covering one of the two Capital Health campuses, followed by one week off.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• BC/BE in Gastroenterology.
• NJ/PA License required.

Responsibilities

• Join Capital Health GI hospitalist team with two other physicians.
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage during one week on, one week off cycle.
• Perform outpatient open access colonoscopies during on-call weeks.
• Collaborate with an internal medicine and family medicine residency program and nurse practitioners/physicians assistants.
