Job summary

AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY) seeks a Gastroenterology trained physician to join our growing practice in full-time capacity at multiple NYC-area offices. The role includes diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care and preventive health for GI conditions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years GI outpatient experience, strong patient communication, and interest in population health management, with NY license and DEA registration required.

Qualifications

• MD or foreign equivalent and US gastroenterology training.
• Board certification or eligibility in gastroenterology.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record patient information and medical histories.
• Evaluate, diagnose and treat GI disorders including malabsorption, IBS, colon and pancreatic diseases.
• Prescribe medications and develop disease management plans.
• Perform non-invasive GI procedures and coordinate patient care.
