Weatherby Healthcare is seeking locum tenens coverage in Wisconsin for a gastroenterology assignment. You will provide night and weekend call coverage, with three weekends per month preferred, and an average of five phone consults, two patients seen, and one admission per 24 hours.

The role involves upper and lower GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, liver biopsy, plus sigmoidoscopy and small bowel biopsy as required. ERCP, PEG, EUS, and variceal injection are preferred skills.

Responsabilidades

• Call coverage -- Fri - Mon, 5 pm - 7 am
• 3 weekends per month preferred
• Avg 5 phone consults, 2 patients seen, 1 admission per 24 hrs
• Beeper call -- admissions required
• Upper & lower GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, liver biopsy required
• Sigmoidoscopy, small bowel biopsy, Sengstaken/Blakemore tube required
• ERCP, PEG, EUS, variceal injection preferred
• Ongoing coverage
