Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a gastroenterologist for inpatient call coverage in North Carolina. Mon-Fri 7 am–5 pm with 1x/month weekend call; 10-15 patients per shift.

Procedures include upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, PEG, sigmoidoscopy. ERCP/EUS not required. Travel and housing expenses are pre-paid; malpractice insurance provided. Competitive compensation; 24-hour consultant support; NALTO member.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient gastroenterology call coverage
• Call response time: 15–30 minutes; call ratio 1:4
• Weekday and weekend coverage available as separate assignments
• Upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, PEG, and sigmoidoscopy required
• ERCP and EUS not required
