Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks an experienced gastroenterologist for outpatient endoscopy services in a Maryland location. The role includes performing upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and related endoscopic procedures on an outpatient basis.

Responsibilities include flexible sigmoidoscopy and small bowel biopsy skills, with an ongoing assignment and all-inclusive compensation. Pre-paid travel and housing are provided, plus 24-hour access to a Weatherby consultant and the support of a national locum

Job description

Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, 8-hour shifts

Outpatient gastroenterology practice performing endoscopy procedures

Upper endoscopy -- 30 min; colonoscopy -- 30 min; combined -- 60 min

Required: upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and related procedures

Includes colonoscopy with biopsy and excision of polyp

Flexible sigmoidoscopy and small bowel biopsy skills required
