Job summary

CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, LA is seeking a full-time General or Advanced BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join its newly created gastroenterology service line. The role blends outpatient clinic work, endoscopy, and inpatient consultations, with shared call and a supportive, team-oriented culture.

The ideal candidate will be board certified or eligible in GI, possess or be eligible for a Louisiana medical license, and have a preference for ERCP. J-1 sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Must possess an unrestricted Louisiana Medical License or be eligible to be licensed in Louisiana.
• Diagnostic and Therapeutic ERCP Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Blend of outpatient clinic, endoscopy and inpatient consultations/procedures.
• Shared call.
