Job summary

CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, LA, is seeking a full-time General or Advanced BC/BE Gastroenterologist to lead the newly created gastroenterology service line. The ideal physician will be a team player dedicated to quality patient care and achieving exceptional lifestyle balance.

The position blends outpatient clinic, endoscopy, and inpatient consultations/procedures with shared call. J-1 sponsorship is available, and an outstanding compensation package with benefits

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Unrestricted Louisiana Medical License or eligible to be licensed in Louisiana.
• Diagnostic and Therapeutic ERCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Blend of outpatient clinic, endoscopy and inpatient consultations/procedures.
• Shared call with the gastroenterology team.
• Standard and advanced endoscopic procedures.
