Job summary

CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, LA is seeking a full-time General or Advanced BC/BE Gastroenterologist to lead its newly created gastroenterology service line. The role blends outpatient clinic work with endoscopy and inpatient consultations within a fully integrated health system.

Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in gastroenterology and hold an unrestricted Louisiana license or be eligible. ERCP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in gastroenterology required.
• Unrestricted Louisiana medical license or eligible for licensure required.
• Diagnostic and therapeutic ERCP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Blend of outpatient clinic, endoscopy and inpatient consultations/procedures.
• Perform standard and advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Shared call with the team.
