Job summary

CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, LA is seeking a full-time General or Advanced Gastroenterologist to lead its newly created gastroenterology service line.

The ideal physician will be a team player dedicated to quality patient care and an exceptional lifestyle balance. Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology with Louisiana licensure or eligibility is required; ERCP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Unrestricted Louisiana Medical License or eligible to be licensed in Louisiana.
• Diagnostic and Therapeutic ERCP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Blend of outpatient clinic, endoscopy and inpatient consultations/procedures.
• Shared call responsibilities.
• Perform standard and advanced endoscopic procedures.

Education

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

Louisiana Medical License or Eligibility

ERCP experience preferred
