Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Gastroenterologist for a full-time role in Hobart, Indiana. The position features a flexible schedule within a premier healthcare environment, with a 1:7 call rotation and opportunities to perform endoscopic procedures in outpatient or hospital settings.

The ideal candidate will be Board Certified or Board Eligible with an Indiana license and CSR/DEA registration, plus experience or aptitude with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
Possession of Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
Strong communication skills and proficiency with EMR.

Responsibilities

Provide diagnostic and treatment services for GI and hepatobiliary disorders.
Clinic patients per day: 20-30; hospital patients per day: 10-15.
1:7 call rotation.
Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures.
Coordinate longitudinal care for chronic GI conditions like IBD and liver disease.
Collaborate with surgical and primary care teams for integrated care.
