Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Gastroenterologist for a full-time role in Hobart, IN. The position offers a balanced schedule, 1:7 call rotation, and opportunities to design your practice around professional goals within a leading, tech-forward facility.

Responsibilities include endoscopic procedures, managing high-volume clinic and hospital patients, and coordinating care with surgical and primary care teams.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible with plan to certify within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for GI and hepatobiliary disorders.
• Clinic patients per day: 20-30; Hospital patients per day: 10-15.
• 1:7 call rotation.
• Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Coordinate longitudinal care for chronic conditions like IBD and liver disease.
• Collaborate with surgical and primary care teams for integrated treatment plans.
