Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Hobart, IN is seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join a premier healthcare provider in Northwest Indiana. The role offers a flexible schedule within a Monday–Friday framework and a 1:7 on-call rotation, with relocation assistance available.

You will diagnose and treat GI and hepatobiliary disorders, perform endoscopic procedures, and coordinate chronic care with surgical and primary care teams in a tech-forward, HIMSS Stage VII facility.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for patients with GI and hepatobiliary disorders.
• Clinic patients per day: 20-30
• Hospital patients per day: 10-15
• Call Rotation: 1:7
• Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Coordinate longitudinal care for chronic diseases like IBD and liver disease.
• Collaborate with surgical and primary care teams for integrated treatment plans.
