Qualifications

• MD/DO licensed in CT or eligible for licensure.

• Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology Fellowship.
• Experience with endoscopy and clinical documentation with quality measures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage disorders of the GI tract, liver, pancreas, and digestive system.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (colonoscopy, EGD, flexible sigmoidoscopy, capsule endoscopy, PEG placement).
• Provide inpatient consultations and participate in on-call coverage.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and primary care providers; maintain EMR documentation; pursue quality improvement.
