Job summary

Unio Health Partners in California seeks a Gastroenterologist to deliver comprehensive GI care across our network. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, perform endoscopies and biopsies, and collaborate with surgeons and primary care teams to optimize outcomes.

The role requires board certification or eligibility in gastroenterology, a California medical license, a DEA license, and at least three years of experience.

Position Summary

The Physician/Gastroenterologist is responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients with digestive and gastrointestinal diseases and disorders. The Gastroenterologist will evaluate and diagnose patients, develop treatment plans, and ensure appropriate follow-up care. This role will also monitor the progress of patients and adjust treatment plans as needed. Communication with other physicians, staff, and patients is paramount in this position to ensure that patient needs are met effectively and efficiently.

  • Current DEA License
  • Candidates must be board-certified/eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Current California Physician License
  • Completion of a residency program in Gastroenterology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
