SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Gastroenterologist for a full-time role in Hobart, IN. The position features a Monday–Friday schedule with a 1:7 call rotation and relocation assistance.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive GI and hepatobiliary care in a premier, tech-forward environment. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, collaboration with surgical and primary care teams, and utilization of EPIC EMR with AI-assisted documentation.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of Indiana Medical License or eligibility and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication and EMR proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and treatment services for GI and hepatobiliary disorders.
• Clinic patients per day: 20-30; hospital patients per day: 10-15.
• Maintain 1:7 call rotation.
• Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Coordinate longitudinal care for chronic GI conditions like IBD and liver disease.
• Collaborate with surgical and PCP teams for integrated treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary (liver) disorders
• Clinic patients per day: 20-30
• Hospital patients per day: 10-15
• Call Rotation: 1:7
• Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures in an outpatient or hospital setting to diagnose and treat digestive diseases
• Manage a high-volume clinical practice, coordinating longitudinal care for chronic conditions like IBD and liver disease
• Work alongside surgical and primary care teams to ensure integrated treatment plans and timely screenings

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
