ExcelliSearch, Inc. invites a Gastroenterologist to join our Northwest Indiana practice in Hobart, IN. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule around a Monday–Friday workweek with a 1:7 call rotation and generous relocation assistance.

You will design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment. You will diagnose and treat GI and hepatobiliary disorders, perform endoscopic procedures, and coordinate care across hospital and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a plan for certification within a timeframe.
• Possession of Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and EMR proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Provide diagnostic and treatment services for GI and hepatobiliary disorders.
• Clinic patients per day: 20-30.
• Hospital patients per day: 10-15.
• Call rotation: 1:7.
• Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Coordinate longitudinal care for chronic GI conditions.
• Collaborate with surgical and primary care teams on treatment plans and screenings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary (liver) disorders
• Clinic patients per day: 20-30
• Hospital patients per day: 10-15
• Call Rotation: 1:7
• Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures in an outpatient or hospital setting to diagnose and treat digestive diseases
• Manage a high-volume clinical practice, coordinating longitudinal care for chronic conditions like IBD and liver disease
• Work alongside surgical and primary care teams to ensure integrated treatment plans and timely screenings

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
