Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio is required.
• Experience scheduling procedures in a medical setting is required.
• Previous surgery/procedure scheduling experience preferred or 2+ years medical office experience with medical terminology coursework.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to adapt to expanded roles and support front and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedule procedures for physicians and coordinate with labs, tests, and imaging.
• Provide front office support (phones, appointments, check-out) and patient communications.
• Assist with clinical duties, room patients, take vitals, and support exam rooms.
• Complete consent forms and handle prior authorizations for procedures.
• Ensure adherence to clinic policies and maintain professional attire and timeliness.
