Job summary

Granlibakken Tahoe seeks a Line Cook for Cedar House Pub to join a high-volume culinary team in a historic lodge environment. You will execute a gastro-pub menu balancing comfort food with gourmet twists, ensuring quality and presentation for indoor fireside dining and outdoor deck service.

Under Head Chef guidance, you will learn menus, prep, and coordinate production with service hours, while maintaining sanitation and teamwork across all kitchen stations.

Responsibilities

• Cook under direction of Head Chef and Food and Beverage Director.
• Prepare food using established recipes and procedures.
• Plan food production to align with service hours and volume.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service.
• Work in all kitchen areas as needed and support the team.
