Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a blending operations specialist/analyst to lead daily gasoline blending, optimize recipes, and coordinate with trading, commercial, and logistics teams. The role requires a engineering/finance/science background and 3–5 years in related energy operations, with strong Excel and LP modeling skills.

On-call responsibilities and EPA compliance are involved. The position is based in a standard office environment with potential travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in engineering, science, finance, economics, or related field.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of linear programming are required.
3–5 years of experience in a Gasoline Blending or similar role within the petroleum or energy sector.

Responsibilities

Lead daily blending operations and optimization with trading and terminal teams.
Utilize linear programming models to determine optimal blend recipes per specs.
Coordinate with commercial and trading teams to maximize profitability and align with market opportunities.
Direct logistics for product movements into/out of blending terminal facilities (pipeline, marine, railcars, trucks).
Assist in settlement processes for blending transactions and ensure timely reconciliation.
Collaborate with EPA Reporting to maintain compliance and document operations for year-end reporting.
