Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Manager, Commercial Asset Optimization to identify and advance opportunities that improve asset utilization and value across NGL, Refined Products, Petrochemical, Industrial Gas, and related systems. The role collaborates with commercial, operations, engineering, scheduling, and project development to evaluate performance and drive value creation.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in analytics, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
8+ years of experience in the midstream, refining, petrochemical, industrial gas, or related energy industries.
Experience working across commercial, operational, and engineering functions.
Strong economic analysis and financial modeling skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify and develop complex business opportunities and drive them toward execution.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and develop asset optimization opportunities across energy assets.
Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Engineering, Scheduling, and Business Development teams.
Lead cross-functional efforts to align asset capabilities with market opportunities.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of optimization opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
Perform economic evaluations and financial modeling to support decisions.
