Job summary

Davlyn Group is seeking a Production Operator, Gaskets, to manufacture textile gaskets and support boiler product lines. You will follow SOPs, inspect products, and operate and troubleshoot equipment daily.

This on-site position is part of a fast-growing private company with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, production experience preferred, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in the production of textile gasket products following SOPs.
• Inspect and label products per quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and track production.
• Move finished goods to designated areas; wrap and label as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
