Job summary

Intel Foundry is seeking a Gases Technician to operate, maintain, and improve gas delivery systems enabling high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. You will monitor SCADA/Cimplicity, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate gas deliveries while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires working a compressed 12-hour night shift, in cleanroom environments, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work at heights. Collaboration with engineers and technicians is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of technical experience, or an associate degree with 3+ years.
Experience with hazardous production materials or bulk gas systems and high-purity environments.
Background in semiconductor or cleanroom facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot gas delivery systems in high-volume manufacturing.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on gas distribution equipment and facility systems.
Monitor SCADA/Cimplicity alarms and trends; diagnose issues using data and instrumentation.
Lead structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolve recurring problems.
Document work, support procedures, and train technicians; ensure safety and quality compliance.
