Job summary

Utility Pipeline Ltd is hiring a Gas Utility Technician in Findlay, OH. The role involves responding to work orders, conducting inspections, and maintaining pipelines. Experience in the Natural Gas distribution field is a plus, but training will be provided. Benefits include company matched 401K, paid time off, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience preferred but not required.
• Valid and clean Ohio driver’s license.
• ‘Class A’ CDL a plus but not required.
• Willing and able to pass a drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Respond to various work orders.
• Conduct leak surveys and inspections.
• Perform annual maintenance of pipelines and facilities.
• Operate backhoe, trencher and boring machines.
• Install and remove meters.
• Read meters and install ERTs.
• Install pipelines, taps, and customer service lines.
• Map new construction and inspect sub-contractors.
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment.
