Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in natural gas, utilities, construction, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
• Safety-focused mindset and strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service orders such as meter sets and gas turn-ons/offs.
• Read meters and assist with leak investigations.
• Support troubleshooting of gas service issues and safe operation.
• Assist with inspections of gas lines, meters, and appliances.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Serve as an on-call emergency responder in assigned area.
