Job summary

LaBella Associates is seeking a qualified Scheduler for the Program Management division in a hybrid role tied to our client’s Orange, Connecticut office. The position may be remote or hybrid depending on contractual obligations and client requirements.

The Scheduler will create, implement, and maintain schedules for Gas Utility capital projects, perform critical path analysis, risk assessment, and EVM measures, and prepare diverse reports to support project planning and control.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in project management or related field.
• Minimum two years scheduling experience.
• Preference for CAPM certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain project schedules through project close-out.
• Monitor project performance with metrics including risk, SPI, CPI & EVM.
• Verify cost information and ensure proper coding and allocation to budgets.
• Prepare regulatory and status reports; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
