Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy policy, business, or economics.
• 8+ years of work experience related to analysis, policy, and/or regulations for natural gas decarbonization.
• Experience with natural gas or electric utilities.
• Project management experience.
• 12+ years of experience preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience with utility regulatory proceedings and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and manage staff to deliver decarbonization strategy insights.
• Perform quantitative analyses of decarbonization pathways and policies.
• Develop forecasts of technology adoption, demand, and emissions.
• Build and maintain client relationships and support sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with ICF and client teams across energy topics.
• Mentor junior staff and provide direction.
