Job summary

Siemens Energy’s Gas Services division seeks a Plant Manager for the Gas Turbine manufacturing product line in the United States. You will lead all operational activities for a multi-site operation with ~200 employees, driving safety, quality, and lean excellence to meet business goals.

You will oversee budgets, capital investments, and complex projects while partnering with stakeholders to support growth and efficiency across the manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of leadership in industrial/high-volume manufacturing.
• 10+ years in power generation industry preferred.
• Proven lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise.
• Strong engineering background with machining/welding/assembly knowledge.
• Experience in quality management, order management, and customer-facing ops.
• Knowledge of power generation products and processes a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operations for the Gas Turbine manufacturing product line and multiple centers.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence across the organization.
• Develop and implement lean strategies to boost productivity, quality, and cost.
• Guide a workforce of ~200 including managers, supervisors, and skilled trades.
• Oversee complex projects: planning, execution, resource allocation, performance.
• Manage budgets, capital investments, and new product introductions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth and objectives.
