The role requires extensive Siemens V84 turbine experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage outages, scheduling, and salary processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years experience in Siemens V84 gas turbine field technical execution and project management

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day SGTS GT Division operations with emphasis on safety, quality and efficiency
• Manage P&L of the division and implement cost control to meet profitability targets
• Lead and engage employees, set expectations and promote teamwork
• Drive technical advancement and stay abreast of industry trends
• Optimize work processes and ensure alignment with monthly budgets
• Collaborate with customers, Sales and vendors to meet project requirements
• Coordinate scheduling and project timelines with status updates
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage salary adjustments per policy
