Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 1–6 years of professional experience as lead Marine Gas Turbine Engineer
• Knowledge of Navy technical documentation and military specifications

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support for gas turbine engines including ILS documentation and publication of technical directives
• Provide technical documentation to support project and program presentations including scheduling and attending reviews
• Develop the Fleet Quarterly Marine Gas Turbine Program Report
• Prepare Ship Change Document (SCD) documentation and maintain Navy Data Environment (NDE) records
• Develop instructions, drawings, and procedures in support of SCD development
• Provide integrated logistics support (RCM, configuration management, provisioning, distance support, metrics, supply) for gas turbine logistics
• Compile ILS changes and installation kits for Alteration Installation Teams (AIT)
• Support project information management using MS Office and MGTIS data
