Job summary

Northwestern Energy is seeking an Operations & Warehouse Technician in Deer Lodge, MT. You will oversee the daily operation of the gas transmission materials warehouse and manage material pedigree, batching in SAP LAM, and reconciliation of issued, installed, and scrapped materials.

You will also review requisitions, monitor overstock, and support the annual inventory across storage locations, contributing to reliable utility operations in a regulated landscape.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the gas transmission materials warehouse.
• Review daily material requisition process and overstock reports for excess materials.
• Validate pedigree of materials received and batch materials in the SAP LAM system.
• Reconcile materials issued, installed, and scrapped.
• Research and purchase non-stores materials as requested and review daily transactions for reasonableness using SAP reports.
• Oversee a complete yearly inventory of all storage locations in gas transmission.
