Job summary

The role guides field employees, coordinates cross-functional work, and ensures quality documentation, trainings, and on-call coverage while aligning with corporate values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CA Class C License and ability to travel.
• Ability to work on-call and pass random drug testing.
• 5 years of relevant experience in utility, maintenance, operations, or service planning.
• Leadership experience with union represented employees is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee gas maintenance and construction work.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
