Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• CA Class C License, or equivalent.
• Ability to travel using personal vehicle.
• Ability to work on-call rotation.
• Ability to pass federally mandated random drug and alcohol testing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related preferred.
• Leadership experience, customer service experience desired.

Responsibilities

• DOT-Emergency Response Only
• Communicates business goals and objectives to the work group and holds all accountable to same.
• Completes and maintains all work documentation and/or reporting.
• Develops the business knowledge and technical skills of all field employees.
• Fosters teamwork within work group and across all company functions.
• Ensures all paperwork and work packages are accurate.
• Ensures compliance with leak grading and L&M & Leak Survey tools and equipment per CPUC.
• Ensures mandated compliance dates and regulations are met.
• Ensures customer needs and expectations are met with proactive communication.
• Ensures safe work execution including safety metrics.
• Manages safety programs and injury prevention compliance.
• Leads productivity improvements and reduces operating costs while meeting regulations.
• Leads root-cause investigations on PG&E at-fault dig-ins and/or reportable events.
• Manages a team of gas craft employees and union represented staff.
• Oversees emergency responses and equipment maintenance.
• Monitors quality, creates action plans for deficiencies, and tracks progress.
• Oversees OQ program and maintains qualification records.
