Job summary

Mansfield Energy is seeking a Producer Services Director to lead supplier identification, acquisition, administration and management for a reliable, cost-effective natural gas portfolio. You will drive pricing strategies, reports, and cross‑functional collaboration with Gas Operations and Finance.

The role requires ten+ years in producer services, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of gas operations, risk management, forecasting, modeling and tariffs.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of leadership experience in producer services.
• Strong knowledge of gas operations, gas control & system flow parameters.
• Experience in energy risk management, forecasting & modeling, and pipeline tariffs.
• Advanced management skills with excellent communication.
• Self-motivated with strong judgment and time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop vision, goals and processes for producer services.
• Contract with Exploration & Production companies and build supplier portfolio.
• Provide regular pricing reviews to assure profitability.
• Coordinate gas accounting activities including payments and invoicing.
• Present monthly and quarterly gas supply plans with Gas Operations.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L, and reporting to executive management.
