The role requires performing routine preventive maintenance, recording data, and coordinating with field personnel to ensure safe, reliable operation of the site.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of field experience in industrial facilities operations.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Available for rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make several daily rounds of Underground Salt Storage Wells and related equipment to ensure proper operation and check for faults.
• Operate pumps, compressors, valves and adjust speed as needed; perform general maintenance.
• Enter data into Gulf’s reporting system.
• Interface with operations personnel from other organizations, Gulf customers and vendors.
• Work a rotating shift to cover 24x7 operation.
• Follow written instructions and lead operator commands; adhere to safety and environmental procedures.
• Exercise responsible decision-making regarding company funds and resources.
