Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Stocking Clerk to help keep shelves stocked and customers satisfied. You will stock shelves, move products from pallets to correct locations, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while providing friendly service.

You’ll work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead, with comfortable use of basic technology and teamwork to meet deadlines and store standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly, efficient service to customers.
• Able to follow processes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with basic technology and store systems.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in backroom areas.
• Work with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
