Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to help keep shelves stocked and ready for customers. You will move products from pallets to shelves, maintain back rooms, and support store operations with a proactive, team-based attitude.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and friendly customer interactions while working overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.
• Strong team player with reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
