Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to ensure shelves are stocked and ready for customers. You will provide friendly, efficient service and maintain organization in the back room and on the sales floor.

You will work on a variety of retail tasks, including merchandising and inventory tasks, with overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead. Physical work and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position in retail with focus on service and merchandising.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to shelves accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
