Job summary

Sam's Club in Salisbury, MD is seeking team members to assist Members with membership types, benefits, and renewals while delivering friendly customer service at the register and in-store. Responsibilities

• Communicates and explains membership types, programs and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions.
• Provides Customer/Merchant service by acknowledging customer needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Maintains Gas Station/Car Wash area and pricing signage, handles claims and returns, and ensures a safe work environment.
• Receives and stocks merchandise and supplies, operates cash registers and processes purchases, handles different payment types.
• Provides products and services to Customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
