Job summary

Sam’s Club in Chesapeake, VA is hiring for a full-time associate. Responsibilities

• Explain Membership types, programs, and benefits to Members to assist with decisions.
• Provide Customer/Merchant service by addressing needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Maintain gas station, car wash, and pricing signage areas.
• Maintain Gas Station/Car Wash area per policies; handle claims, inventory, shrink, damages, and safety.
• Receive and stock merchandise and supplies from distribution centers; organize facility and complete paperwork.
• Operate cash registers and process customer purchases per payment types.
• Provide products and services to customers in Gas Station/Car Wash area per policies.
