Qualifications

• Ability to use company intranet for data entry and retrieval tasks.
• Good communication to explain basic information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for service (connections/disconnections).
• Inform customers of needed repairs and ensure satisfaction.
• Install, program and operate WMR equipment as needed.
• Complete records and comply with regulations.
• Read meters and record usage for billing.
