• Inform customers of needed repairs and ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
• May disconnect service and pursue collection efforts on delinquent accounts.
• Install, program, and operate Wireless Meter Reading (WMR) equipment.
• Assist with safety/emergency response for natural gas incidents.
• Complete accurate records to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• May read meters and record usage for billing.
