Atmos Energy Corporation seeks a field service team member to support customer service requests, including connections, disconnections, and meter reading. The role involves performing prescribed procedures, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records.

The position requires operator qualifications, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work in varied conditions while contributing to safety and reliability across our service area.

Formación

• General educational knowledge typical of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with company standards.
• Operator Qualifications (OQ) and on-the-job training (OJT) for Service Learning Path.
• Ability to use the company intranet/website for data entry and retrieval tasks.
• Effective communication with internal/external customers to explain information.

Responsabilidades

• Performs basic work using clearly prescribed procedures.
• Responds to customer service requests including connections/disconnections as qualified.
• Informs customers of repairs and ensures satisfaction with work completed.
• May read meters and record usage for billing.
• Installs, programs, and operates Wireless Meter Reading equipment.
