Responsibilities

• Responds to customer service requests including connections and disconnections.
• Informs customers of needed repairs and ensures they are satisfied with work performed.
• Installs, programs, and operates Wireless Meter Reading (WMR) equipment as needed.
• Assists with safety and emergency response activities.
• Maintains accurate records and reports to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Reads meters and records usage for billing.
