Job summary

Tallgrass seeks an experienced Scheduling Supervisor to lead the interstate natural gas scheduling team and optimize order fulfillment across connected pipeline systems.

The role focuses on directing daily operations in gas scheduling, ensuring accurate nominations, timely responses to inquiries, and maintaining regulatory compliance while driving service excellence and safety across shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business/Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years natural gas scheduling experience plus control experience.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Direct the scheduling team to ensure timely, accurate scheduling of interstate gas pipelines.
• Coordinate flow orders with system capabilities to optimize throughput and revenue.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding scheduling, CONNECT, and Tallgrass tariffs.
• Maintain accurate nomination submission, scheduling, confirmation and allocations processes.
• Lead performance reviews and develop a motivated, service-oriented team.
